Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers through Stripe.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. All new customers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you will be refunded your subscription price minus your Used Credits (visible in your Overview Tab) and a 25% Setup & Service Fee on those credits.

What's your refund policy?

New customers can request a refund within 7 days of their first payment. Your refund = Subscription Price − Used Credits − Setup & Service Fee (25% of Used Credits). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Are included voice minutes refundable?

Included voice minutes are not free at the time of refund. Any voice minutes consumed during your 7-day trial period are billed at your plan's published per-minute rate and deducted from your refund. Unused included minutes are not charged.
